These terms govern your use of miterro.com and the Mi Terro Smart Socks early-access list. By using the site or submitting the signup form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit the form.

Early access

Joining the list registers your interest and lets us send Smart Socks updates. It does not purchase or reserve socks, guarantee an invitation, price, feature, release date, or availability, or create a duty for Mi Terro to launch a product. We may change, pause, or end the early-access program and product plans at any time, subject to applicable law. Any future purchase or deposit will have its own terms presented before payment.

Product information

Website descriptions, images, prototypes, and app previews may change. Smart Socks information is for general awareness and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. Do not delay seeking medical help because of information on this site.

Site use and ownership

Mi Terro and its licensors own the site's content, trademarks, designs, and software. You may view the site for personal, lawful use. You may not copy or commercially exploit its content, interfere with the site, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback about Mi Terro products, you allow us to use them to develop and improve our products without payment or obligation to you. Do not send confidential information or medical records through the signup form.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and information accurate, but provide them as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Mi Terro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or early-access program. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
