Information we collect

When you request Smart Sock access, we collect the name, email address, use-case selection, optional question, consent status, and submission time that you provide. When you send a packaging partnership inquiry, we collect your company, name, work email, project context, consent status, and submission time. We do not intentionally store your IP address or browser user-agent with these records.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage early-access groups, respond to product questions, and respond to packaging partnership inquiries. Smart Sock early-access information is not used to make medical decisions.

How it is protected

Form records are encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption and stored outside the publicly served website directory. Access to administrative views and exports requires a server-side credential and is not available through a public URL parameter.

Sharing

We do not sell form-submission information. We may use infrastructure providers to host the website or send requested email updates, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain form-submission information while the relevant program or conversation is active or until you ask us to remove it. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact privacy@miterro.com.

Health information

Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or urgent health information through the Smart Sock access form. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may also request deletion by emailing privacy@miterro.com.
