Mi Terro 2022 Q3 Report

1. We received our patent on converting beer waste into 100% bio-based, compostable, and water-soluble detergent pods.

2. We began to ship our bio-resins to clients in the US, EU and Japan. Our client list continues to grow, with 66 interested customers in 2022 already.

3. We welcomed two new advisors to our team - David Breslauer and Christopher Chew - who will add even more value and dimension to our leadership team.

David, CTO and Co-Founder of Bolt Threads, creates and incubates sustainable biomaterials for consumer products. David's obsession with biomaterials began with his graduate research on spider silk during his Bioengineering Ph.D. at UC Berkeley.

Chris, an engineer, investor and awarded innovator, spent the early part of his corporate career at NASA and Goretex, deploying innovative commercial technologies. After which, he built extensive start-up experience at Bloomscape and Modern Meadow.

4. We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mitsui Bussan Packaging, the subsidiary of Mitsui & Co Ltd, one of the largest sogo shosha in Japan. Under the MOU, Mitsui will purchase from Mi Terro the bio-based packaging material resins for distribution and marketing in Japan.
